Rehabilitation of historic houses starts in Abastumani.

Two companies will make restoration of historic buildings in the resort; one is Georgian “Ersimedi” and the second – Polish “Kamaro”.  These companies participated at the tender as a joint company and defeated 5 competitors. They have gained a contract of 3.7 million.

Upper ceiling of the tender was 3.045 million GEL at the first stage, but later the sum increased.

Works are carried in Rustaveli str. ,Abastumani. Full rehabilitation will be made to 17 houses, which represent cultural heritage and their historic features should be maximally sustained.

The project envisages rehabilitation of boulevard locating among these houses, lining pavements with basalt tiles and installation of night lighting.
